Breech babies, when did yours turn?

Ok so, LO had been head down and not moved a jot in every scan since she came into existence... until my 32 week MW appointment where I was told she's breech. Fine, 32 weeks... plenty of time to turn. I didn't, I'll admit, do anything much to remedy the situation (lying on my left, not leaning back etc.) but genuinely thought baby had moved and her head was down. I get hiccups low down and kicks high up... anyway, at my 34 week appointment yesterday she's still breech.

I've been told to get a birthing ball and given tips/techniques to help her move which I'm following. If she's not moved by my next appointment in 3 weeks (at 36+5) they'll be sending me for a scan and possibly scheduling a c-section. I understand there's still plenty of time but was just looking to see other ladies in similar situations whose LOs have turned in good time... understandably, I don't want a c-section but sometimes worry she might get too big to turn.

Thanks x

Sorry can't really offer much advice, as haven't been in this situation! I have heard that swimming (breaststroke) is meant to be a really effective way of getting baby into the best position-might be worth a shot!

My baby turned down at 32 weeks, but that's not to say yours should! I think my baby got sick of me always pushing his head out of my ribs!

Thanks everyone. Am just annoyed that she was head down all the way and then decided to cause me worry by turning breech! Really do not want a c-section but don't like the thought of having them turn her either...

My LO is now breech too! In my PCT they dont generally offer to try and turn them. My cousin's consultant told here he believed the risks for distress were too high.
I am having a scan in 2 weeks, and hoping it turns but I am also concerned it may get too big.
Fingers crossed!

Mine is still all over the show, he's a right little squirmer. They can turn right at the last minute too, little buggers. I don't fancy an ECV either, nor a C section. The good thing is most babies (97%) are in the right position for birth by the time you go into labour without any intervention (so they tell me!).
