I've been getting them a few times a day. Sometimes they are harder than others, and it seems like its always due to some stimulation... DH and DD like to play with the belly button hole that is now very available to them. LOL

They'll poke a finger in there and I'll get a BH.

For me, it just feels like a band of pressure on the bottom of my bump and my whole bump gets hard. It lasts for about 30-60 seconds. I have also noticed that I get more of them when I am on my feet for a while, or if I am poking my bump trying to get the baby to move.
