Am I losing my plug......it has no blood in it...???

Over the past week or so i have had strigey discharge each time i wipe after going to the loo. its a green/yellow/pale colour but contains no blood....is it still my plug?

ive got this aswell but no blood, but i really dont no, hopefully somebody can answer it for us xxx

I think it is - my niece had this when part of the plug came away, it was just mucusy yellow - you will probably still find you lose the rest and it has blood in it. Although some ladies never see the plug at all.....

could well be , my plug came away over 4 weeks, with my last 2 - it was thick like jelly and had a yellow tinge to it , midwife confirmed it for me, i was shocked how much there was !

i've also read that discharge gets thicker and more of it in the lead up the labour (like the last 4 weeks of pregnancy) so i guess it could also be that?

Yes, I'd say it is definatley your mucus plug. I'm shocked at how much there is too, and I hope to god mine doesn't take 4 weeks to come away..I;m now 4 days over due and it's literally falling out of me constantly! It started a few weeks ago coming out in dribs and drabs, green and snot like, but now since yesterday morning it's coming out by the bucket load but it's clear but very thick and stringy. Ewwww.
