Has any one else ever had a sharp tight pain in their bump?

Im 28 wks and i was a bit upset, crying etc and then I felt a really sharp tight pain in my bump it lasted about 30-40 secs

Should I be worried, the pain is gone now

Was it just once? Or is it coming and going? I get sharp pains in my bump all the time. My Braxton Hicks also become quite painful, but dont get regular. If it was just one, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it comes and goes, and you get more than 6 in an hour, I would call your doctor. You could also ask your doctor about it at your next appointment, but it was probably either stretching, or the discomforts that come with pregnancy. Hope you feel better tho!! =)

I had a sharp tight pain going across my bump one day too. It only happened the once and it came on when I sat down. Very strange.
