Now on BP medication :(

I went to see my specialist and OB yesterday and my BP was up and my OB decided to put me on the BP meds

Glad things are being done this time around to control it but it still sucks having to take them! I just can't wait for Christmas time and to have Kayleigh here and healthy! Also during my scan yesterday we saw her practice breathing, which was real cool! I love seeing her every two weeks knowing she is doing well in there! Driving me mad though having to drive weekly now again an hour into town! I wish our town had the equipment and setup for delivering babies or at least have an OB office here!

I'm on them too and hate having to take meds but its for the best so..

I've loved all my extra scans too x

Ive been on them the whole pregnancy and hate them also had them doubled a few weeks ago and they make me feel so sleepy all the time I cant wait to have my LO so I can get back on my normal meds...I also got to see Lucas practice breathing last week it was really cool I love seeing him ever other week

Thanks!! I wish this pregnancy could just be a normal one, where I get to 38 weeks and then wait for labor etc... but having the c-section will be nice as well, knowing when she is coming! I just hope my BP stays down now and I can get to 36-37 weeks before delivery! Best of luck to you ladies as well!

Hi, i am on bp meds too, on propranolol (not as safe as many others) as they are the only one that control my svt too. Anyone else taking these?? Has anyone else found that they stop them sleeping, after a week of not sleeping i am now not taking the one before bed and can finally sleep.
