OMG. Vaginal and anal??

I forgot about that....

.

.

Seriously??

Ohh man. And my mom is planning to come to my next appointment with me and DH so she can meet my doctor. Guess the two can keep each other company in the waiting room.... I completely forgot about this... At least if she does this, then will probably do an internal at the same time, (not that thats something I'm looking forward to... OUCH!) But then I'll know that things are fine with all this pressure I've been having. Crapppppp I forgot about this...

Aww ladies, really its not that bad other than well it does have to do with your bum. They just put the tip of the swab into your bum and pull it out, it takes all of 5secs. It will be over before you know it!

it's not an anal exam Holldoll!! I think I'd refuse one of those

They need to check for strep B in the anal area because the baby can come into contact with the bum when coming out and that way catch an infection.
I think it is kind of silly since everything is sterilized before you give birth anyways, but I guess it is a fair precaution.
