suggestions, tips for getting baby out :-)

Hi, anyone got any tips for getting my little one out. 38 weeks and fed up. Taking drugs that make me feel awful and my blood pressure is rising by the day.

Sent my oh of to get lavender oil and clary sage from boots so gona try that in the bath. heard about pinaple but concerned that might give me the worst heartburn ever and walking to far or doing anything too phisical :-) is out cos high blood pressure and heart rate. Already had a curry and cant really do that two nights in a row.
Any suggestions?

I think is the only thing that really works but i'm sorry to say even that only works if the baby is ready to come out!

Ive snuck over from second tri but i had high blood pressure and my doctor told me walking and light physical activity is good for high blood pressure..(i was being a bit of a couch potato) but it worked and my blood pressures back to normal.

Hope things get shifting soon xx
