can't stop crying today! :(

I don't even know why! I'm in the house alone at the moment, feel really tired so was just watching Baby programmes - have stopped watching now cos thought seeing all the babies being born was making my emotions worse!

I am just sitting here with tears rolling down my cheeks! if someone came in right now and said what's wrong - i wouldn't know

usually if your upset, you cry a bit, feel better and stop crying - if you don't know why your crying you keep crying, but it doesn't go away!

Mirren is kicking the daylights out of me so I'm trying to stop crying incase I'm somehow upsetting her too

I was like this on Monday. There was absolutely no reason for it as was having an ok day but just wanted to burst into tears the whole time!

I bawled my eyes out driving to work and then kept disappearing to the loo throughout the day to have a cry - pathetic!! Blinkin' baby hormones!!!

Aw hun. I think little Mirren is kicking the stuffing out of you to remind you she's there and trying to cheer mummy up.

I know it won't make you feel any better, but i've been crying on and off since last night. Everything is getting on top of me, i'm tired, my daughter is ill, dh is pissing me off... blah blah blah!!

What set me off last night was watching Holby City, the tears just came, and they wouldn't stop, it's been years since i've actually had a shoulder shaking sob!! It continued last night in bed, and this morning i've had another breakdown.

I do feel slightly better for it now, although i don't think i'm empty of tears for the day just yet!!

I'm assuming it's a combination of tiredness and hormones.

Hope you feel better soon. xx

Aww babe!! Sorry to hear you're feeling so blue I think Buffy's right in that Mirren is just trying to put a smile on your face by kicking you

It's good to let it all out too, I've done the same recently and damn I felt good afterwards! It was after a particularly heated row with my 17 year old, I cried (proper sobbing n everything!) and then proceeded to spend the evening crying at every little thing on the TV lol!! It does you good to let it all out sometimes and it's not as if you're doing it every day hun, so little Mirren will be fine in there

I think there must be something in the air. I cried on the way to work this morning listening to Susan Boyles new song, I don't particularly like her and the song doesn't really do it for me, but for some reason it moved me. I've been feeling emotional all day since then...

Hormones!
