Just fell over :o(

Well about an hour ago. I was walking to answer the phone in the kitchen and tripped over Ethans birthday balloons, did the splits on the balloon and landed on the floor. Not the cleverest thing to do when I have SPD and should have been using my sticks anyways.
I'm guessing that bump should be OK? I've got a midwife appointment tomorrow so will check then I guess.

Ouch poor you! I almost did the splits the other day when doing some DIY and slipped on a bit of flooring... it was horrible *almost* doing it and i got a bit of a fright, never mind, actually doing it with SPD. Hope you're ok
