I'm Currently Feeling: | Insane back pain My lower back is hurting like never before... It actually feels like big needles going through my coccyx and lower back. Tylenols aren't doing anything nor a warm bath... Does any of you know if muscle cream is allowed? (like rub-a535) I just can't stand it anymore |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hun if it is a pain where you do not know what to do with yourself, I would ring your labour ward straight away as this can be a sign of early labour. It is always better to be safe than sorry. Can you describe the pain a bit more, sorry? x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I agree with Tam. If it is that bad, call the doctors! Many women have back labor... I hope it feels better hun. |

When I lie down on my back the tightening gets really bad in my lower back. OH tried to massage me a bit but it doesn't feel good at all (kinda like when you touch a bruise) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I would call the labour ward just to get it checked out. Have you had it long? I had both my labours start in my back and it gets very uncomfy and does become unbearable. Give them a ring, just to be sure hun! Let us know what they say? Good Luck! x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I had similar pain last week but it lasted very short. I have no idea what caused it.
You can put the salycilic acid muscle cream on it. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | When I get bad back pain I get on all fours~ then take a hot shower. I hope your pain goes away soon. I would call our doctor and see what kind of creams you can use on your back and what might be causing it. |

| You do want to rule out labor and the only way to do that is to visit your physician or labor & delivery ward. They can check your cervix to see if you are dilating and put you on a monitor to see if you are having contractions. Back pain is very common in pregnancy and is considered discomforts of pregnancy. When resting, lie on your left side and place a pillow between your legs, have your partner massage your back, take warm baths, etc.
Good luck |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My back started to feel better when I went to bed last night, now it feels like bruises, but much better... I'm guessing it's all the weight on my spine + I cleaned around the house yesterday...
Any of you are seeing a chiropractor? Do they help? I'm seriously thinking of going to one now... !! |
