Torn!???

Ladies i need some advice my heart is torn between going into labor naturally and being induced!!! I know this is going to be my last baby and i was induced with valerie so from the moment i found out i was pregnant i wanted to go naturally with this one.... but the more and more i think about it it would make more sense since i live about an hour from the hospital and my mother is going to have to drive 13hrs to be here for the baby to be born.....what do you ladies think ???? natural or induced???

I agree.

Just tell the doctor when you want to be induced. That's what I did. But here in Michigan, if you are scheduled for an induction (or csection) before week 39 without a good enough medical reason, they make you do an amnio to check the maturity of the lungs. I think it's for insurance reasons or something.

I've never had a baby before but form what I've been lead to believe (could be codswallop) is that you get signs of when labour is starting? So maybe you don't need to be induced? But then again, if you've already had an induction and were fine and happy with it I guess there's no harm in it especially as the second baby arrives quicker.
