I'm Currently Feeling: | Yay!!! Congrats!! Let me tell you GD is no fun!! But I had to test my blood 4 times a day, and inject insulin 4 times a day... Yucky!! I am hoping I dont have it this time around, but I am waiting for the results, then I have to test again at 28 weeks, I have lost alot of weight since my first preg, and Ob thinks I may not get it... keepin the fingers crossed!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ooh! I hope you dont have it this time around! My dad has diabetes, and its awful. I hate needles too, so I can't imagine having to test my blood sugar and give myself shots!! I get nervous when the doctor does it.. (I'm so lame, cause I hate needles, but have 4 tattoos, 3 peircings in each ear and used to have more, my tongue, and I've taken my belly and nose out) Hope things go good with your results, and great job on losing weight! I'm going to be working on it again as soon as baby arrives! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Glad your test was negative for GD! Just a bit of info as to why you may have felt so rough..... Stress and anxiety can cause excess production of catecholamines, resulting in symptoms similar to those caused by hypoglycemia but having no relation to blood sugar levels. x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Wow, thanks Tam. I didn't realize that stress and anxiety could have that much of a physical effect on me! That probably was what happened, since I get nervous. I wasn't even bothered when she put the needle in, but as soon as the blood started coming out, I got faint. I better try harder to keep my stress and anxiety under control! |
