What size shoe are babies normally at 6-9 months?

I'm not sure what shoe size they are, but I have heard it is not ideal to start putting them in shoes until they start walking properly???

only soft soled suited for 6-9 months, until they are walking the soft soled 'shoes' are normally in age size as opposed to "shoe" size. If you have soft soled shoes it would normally be a size 3 if baby is average sized.

Aiden is only in size 2 (soft soled) reebok shoes, but i think his feet are small for his age tbh

Average they say is size 3 at 6-9mth , BUT when josh was younger he was a size 2 & was walking at 13mth & had just gone in a size 3. How hard it was to find shoes that small for walking
