Hi ladies

Just wondering does anyone know how far up your cervix is?

I am 40+1 weeks pregnant so cant reach anything past my bump but wondered as have a sweep book and wanted to know how far she had to go.

Mine is quite far back and is a longer distance away than the length of most MW's fingers so i find sweeps and internal exam very uncomfortable. every woman is diffrent. I would try googling for an average

I don't really know... I had an internal today and the doctor said he couldn't even see mine!

Every woman in different. The cervix is right at the top of the vagina, so I suspect it's usually about the length of your fingers...
