Never hungry anymore !?

I dont seem to be hungry anymore... ever!
Isn't this the time when my LO is growing the most and putting on the most weight? Shouldn't I be hungry all the time?
I feel like I am depriving him when I dont eat. Should I eat even when I am not hungry?

I've gotten like that too lately. I kinda make sure I eat something cuz for some reason, I think I might be depriving him somehow
I think though, that the bigger they get, the less room we have for our stomachs, so in turn we eat less. Does that sound right????

Yup! I'm still getting hungry but I can't eat as much as before. Noticed too that if I eat too much my heartburn comes back

I don't think it is possible to deprive baby, baby will take what it needs, I'm sure it's just through lack of room

Newt.. yeah, I guess that is true. He has taken extra calcium from me, as I was getting tooth aches. Luckily, they have stopped.

I didn't think about that though.. with there being little room for my stomach. I read that somewhere not long ago.
I just feel like I dont eat anything... like yesterday I ate: one chicken pot pie, a carmello candy bar (I know.. I know.. ), and some cheese on crackers. That was it.

Your stomach is being squashed so it will be harder to have a proper appetite. As for the baby as much as I hate saying it the baby is a parasite and is out for itself (which is good) so baby will not go without. All you need to do is make sure if you struggle to eat that you keep your fluid intake up! x

wow im so glad you posted that!!! i was thinking the exact same i have to force my self to eat cause i just dont feel hungry. at first i thought it was all the extra strong mints i was eating cause i have like 4 packs a day. and they are full of sugar so thought they could of been filling me up. but yesterday all i had was a cheese sandwitch a couple of mouthfuls of fish pie. and a large sausage from the fair. and my mints of course. but i wouldnt of eaten that sausge if a hadnt have forced it down cause i wasnt hungry at all.sounds logical that there is just no room left for any food.

My appetite has definitely gotten smaller as well. For about a week now, I have to force myself to eat something around lunch time, and its the first thing I'll eat in the day. Thats been as late as 3 or 4 pm... Its very different from a few weeks ago, when I wanted to eat EVERYTHING in sight. During my first trimester tho, I barely ate anything at all, since I was SO sick. I'm still sick, but eating subsides it a bit now...

I was exactly the same. My consultant recommended I eat breakfast cereals in order to get something down me. He said that the babies would take what they needed and that was why I was so knackered cos there wasn't a great deal left for me.
