It may not take as long as you think, depending on how favourable things are.
When I saw consultant and he did a sweep he said he could have broken my waters there and then, but didn't.
From insertion of pessary to delivering was about 12 hours for me. It was my 3rd tho.

My lil one was checked and is in between 8 and 9lb and is looking awsome so i think she is ready he he | LOL..You'll still probably beat me, my LO seems to be waaaay to comfy in there, but who knows maybe this will work and il get to hold my lil princess.... FINALLY   |
