Unhappy

Food!


I'm so fed up, it seems like I'm always eating the same stuff! OH is gone most of the time so I don't feel like cooking a big meal. I feel like I'm always ending up eating pasta dish ! Any suggestion ?

I used to love to cook, but now it just seems like such a nightmare + there is no point in cooking a big meal as I'm the only one at home to eat it!

Ah and also I CAN'T STOP thinking of chocolate, fast food, brownie, sugar pie, cookies... I've gain a lot of weight so far eating lots of crap. Although I know it's common to gain weight while pregnant, I wanna start to be more careful about what I eat, I need to stay away from crappy food. IT'S SO HARD!

Anyone else with that problem?

Yup thats all I crave too, its hard to eat anything other than stuff like that right now lol Fruit is always good though, it satisfies the sweet craving, plus I try to take my prenatal almost every day, forget sometimes though

yep.
When I work all day, and when my husband works all day I tend to eat so crappy. I actually got a lecture by my mom saying that I don't eat enough cooked food and that I eat too much dry food like sandwiches.
So, today I cooked beans for 3 hours!!! and it was worth it.

But I am drawn SO much to chocolate. I MUST have one chocolate per day, otherwise I feel very antsy.

I used to drink a lot of diet pepsi pre-pregnancy, which I have now switched to Perrier and plain water, so I tell myself that chocolate is my only vice.

I used to live alone and a lot of times I would bake a piece of chicken breast (with Italian dressing on it) and add either a vegetable or side dish, nice and simple and quick.

I have to force myself to eat a yogurt and fruit daily I would eat tacos and chili cheese fries everyday if it was a healthy choice. Sometime I will start off with one oreo cookie and then I end up eating the whole row!!! ooops

I love cooking chicken :9 toss it with some seasoning and bake it in the oven and match it with some vegies. Maybe mashed potatoes, corn, green bean casserole. Oh and some biscuits on the side! Oh how i crave a meal like that now!!
