I need to have the anti-d too. I've been told i'll have one at 27 weeks and another one at 34 weeks.

Actually the only one you are likely to need is the one you get after the birth, you only really need one during pregnancy if there is a risk of bleeding i.e. after a car crash. So I wouldn't worry about things

hiya hun, its if uv got a certain blood type you have to have it im rh negative which is a rare blood type so it means i have to have a injection whilst im pregnant to stop my body reacting bad against the babys blood if it goes into my blood stream i think xxx

At my hospital they have made it a new rule to give this injection at 28 weeks and 34 weeks, however with my previous pregnancys i never had the injection unless i had a bleed...
so i really woundnt worry... but if you are get in touch with your midwife and im sure they can rest your mind....xx
