Weeing (Sorry if TMI - hopefully helpful though!)


I've been doing the "ooh busting for the loo" thing, and then when you get there, a teaspoon full of wee comes out instead of the couple of gallons it feels like you should be getting rid of!

WELL! I've discovered that if I sit as far back on the loo seat as possible, so right on the pelvic bones in your bum on the back of the loo , it sort of lifts the pressure up a bit, bladder releases a bit more, tilts you slightly forward and ooooooh the relief!!

Anyway, I had to share that Hope it works for you too!!

I'll have to remember that one. Always happens to me at night and I often wonder why I've bothered to get up for the most ridiculous trickle...and then am up again 15 minutes later in the same boat! X

LOL I use both methods already and it really helps Sometimes lifting my bump slightly (and gently..none of this tryin to get it over me shoulder!!) helps as well

I have tried all these (rocking, leaning back lifting legs in the air and wiggling my belly lol)and they do work a little but dont expect miricles lol.
