possible head engaging???


just wonderin if any of you ladies at the same stage as me are feelin any pressure low down. does anyone know if this is just the babies head engaging? the pressure is when i go to stand up or sit down

It could be but it could just be the baby's head down position putting pressure. Its pretty common to have this sensation apparently in this tri. I've been dealing with it for the past few days, its so uncomfy!
I'm sure your doctor will tell you at your next appointment if the baby is engaged or not

I get constant pressure in my pelvis and yeah its normally due to the baby engaging

Oh yes, the pressure was pretty evident around that time, feels like your bladder is being squashed and lil one is peaking out your ....your....well you know.

my doctor told me that mine was just because of the babies size. As baby gets bigger and weighs more, it puts more weight on you and causes more pressure.
However, my LO's head is also down really low so that could probably cause some of it too.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


It could be the head engaging. One way that you can tell when this has happened, is your breathing should suddenly be a lot easier because the pressure has dropped away from your lungs and diaphragm... You might also find that you can eat a bit better, too because your stomach is not so squished >.<
