what does it mean if the baby is lying transverse? i know it means like head at one hip feet at the other, but does it mean he is facing my back or like facing forward? or doesnt it have anything to do with that?

Transverse is when LO is lying across your belly, like you have explained, it doesnt mean which way round it is facing.
Still plenty of time for your LO to turn down, if its your first they normally say by about 35 weeks they should be head down xx

As above it means babs is lying flat across your belly. Mine was at 29 week apoint but since then she keeps doing sumersaults. When she is transverse i can feel hard bumps i am guessing her head and bum either side of my belly lol.
