I think it's just a normal pregnancy thing! I had to have my wedding ring cut off the other day because my fingers have got so fat!

Sounds like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - I've been getting it

I'd phone the hospital back, just to be on the safe side...but CTS can hurt A LOT

Let us know what they say - hope all is well

I hadn't heard of it either - just by chance mentioned at an apt. Mine is worse at night and in the morning...at night my finger joints throb, and my hands really hurt. In the morning, it tends to be my upper arms...

I have had to take my engagement ring off as there is some swelling in my hands. Nothing major, but I do suffer slightly with caprel tunnell syndrome. All the joints in my hands can get quite achey especially during the night. Ring them back at 1 if you are still not happy !

As far as I know, its perfectly normal.

So my midwife says. Especially if you're carrying a bit of extra weight.

But can it not also be a sign of PE? Best to get it checked out just in case
