I'm Currently Feeling: | In hospital again.... I ended up going back to the hospital saturday afternoon with really bad nausea, BH every 3 minutes or so, and generally not feeling so nice. I got that injection again, and they checked my cervix and said that I was a fingertip dialated I needed meds to stop the nausea, because it was killing me, and luckily the shot worked for the BH because they were getting more uncomfortable. They kept me overnight, and sunday morning, I had to get another injection, because the damn BH started up again
I finally got to go home though. Luckily, I am not on bed rest, but both my parents are pretty angry that I am still working. They think that I should just stay at home for the rest of the pregnancy and rest. I just don't know what to do.
Anyways...just wanted to give everyone an update... | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I kinda want to continue working for a little while longer. They gave me a prescription for the injection in pill form, just in case I go through this again, so I think if that happens, then I will probably end up staying home. I would rather him stay in there for as long as possible, then end up going into preterm labor because I didn't rest as much as I could've, but I can't bring myself to give it up just yet. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yea, I am tight in the financial area as well. Luckily OH has just gotten a new job at my dads company, and they just told him that they will be taking him on full time. I just want to work a little bit more to get my finances up a bit, and OH and I will be talking about when I should stop. I'm just a little stubborn I guess. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Take care of yourself and your little boy hun. I know it sucks to not work, but if its for the best, you should think about stopping soon. Doesn't your state have a disability program, where if you cant work due to illness/injury/pregnancy, they will pay you a portion of your wages? I haven't worked since my doctor took me off, and I get a check from them. Its not as much as my wages, but it certainly helps.
Whatever you decide to do, take care of yourself, and keep notice of anything that feels unusual. Hope things get better! =) | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh hon, I'm sorry those BH's started up again. I agree with Burton and Aqua, you should really think about staying home until its time for your little one to arrive. Especially since this isn't your first trip to the hospital because of them, the chances of them starting up again are pretty high. Your son would be alright if he was born now but he would have to stay in the NICU if he was and even though you'd be so happy he's ok, the feeling of not being able to bring him home is terrible, I know I wouldn't want to go through that again. But like the others have said, its your choice hon. If you decide to keep working just please take it easy and take care of yourself . I really hope things start getting better for you. | | | | Status: Offline
