so true could you imagine "those are my vagina pads" lmao
Yeah I had that experience LOL Friend of mine was over and figured she would get something to eat and low and behold lol... my ice pads! So easy to make though and honestly works wonders! I laughed so hard when the nurse brought some in for me to wear after I had my son as they are just normal Always or other brand maxi pad and you saturate them with water and place in the freezer! I thought they would melt and leak everywhere but actually they didn't! I know I know, there are probably women on here laughing their ass off at me and wondering where the hell I came from but I am so serious! Anyone else try them??? Or do I sound like a total nut job? LOL
I would totally think they would thaw out and leak but i guess they wouldnt be very good pads if that happened haha

These sound like a great idea!!! I think I'm gonna stock the freezer with Always Popsicles for that dreaded week or so after the birth Thanks for that tip

As for the tearing vs cutting debate... I'm not sure tbh. With my first, I didnt tear, but suffered with "grazes" apparently as her head was crowning for so long, everything just stretched slowly!
I've put on my birth plan that I'll have the cut if absolutely necessary, but tbh, the thought of being cut or tearing scare the bejeesus outta me

I think I'll probably be ok with my ice pads tho
