These sound like a great idea!!! I think I'm gonna stock the freezer with Always Popsicles for that dreaded week or so after the birth  Thanks for that tip  As for the tearing vs cutting debate... I'm not sure tbh. With my first, I didnt tear, but suffered with "grazes" apparently as her head was crowning for so long, everything just stretched slowly! I've put on my birth plan that I'll have the cut if absolutely necessary, but tbh, the thought of being cut or tearing scare the bejeesus outta me  I think I'll probably be ok with my ice pads tho  | ||||
