cervix pain

hi well, two days ago i was sitting down and had this terrible pain in my cervix followed quickly by another pain. then that was it. i went to work as normal, but started to get sharp jabing pain every so often, in my cervix and twinges in my lower right side then the next time in my lower left side then in the lower centre. i also developed back pains. and some thigh pains. the night before i had some diahrreoa. this was happening from about 5pm till 2am. i eventually fell asleep. i had gone onto ask a midwife website. and then fell asleep. woke up in morning feeling ok. just tops of my legs where a bit achey! my syptoms have now stopped except had some more water boul movement!!!! this morning. i still feel some pressure on my cervix area. but its not pain any more just heavey pressure. i have had an email back from that midwife site today. saying they cant answer my post and that they have had to send my a replying marking ergent and that i should seek medical advice. but its stopped now wat do you all think???????
