New born and foot muffs

I bought the Quinny pram with the foot muff and was wondering at what age is it suitable to put the baby in the foot muff/cosy toes?

Thanks x

Im just paranoid because I know they are not allowed quilts, but in their pram we can keep an eye on them, it looks so warm and cosy

Well doesn't the footmuff bit go on the main pram to keep them snug? On average i would people but their babies in the pram part at around 6mth old, some a little sooner/later etc. So i would wait til around 6mth old personally .

I used a foot muff from birth with my other 2 children and will do with this one.
I don't use it if the baby is sleeping in the house though, only for going outside.

The foot muff is like a mini sleeping bag and I suppose its just for keeping them extra warm. The reason for maybe not under 6 mths is because they could slide down it, but if you are with the baby ou shopping you would be keeping an eye on it. Im still not sure what the correct age is though x
