It itches!!!

Has anyone ever had PUPPP?? i have it and its sooooo horrible! it itches so bad!! its like a rash all over my stomach. I try so hard not to itch it but i cant help it!!! Its starting to spread to my legs and arms now too. My docter said it wont harm me or the baby, but it sure is annoying! I cant even sleep at night it itches so bad. Anyone have any suggestions on how to help make it stop itching? i am willing to try anything!!!!!!!!!!!

Could you put calamine lotion on it?

cool bath for immediate relief might help, or have a look for baby creams that relieve itching as you will know they are safe for you and baby. Calamine might be best though

I had it with my first,I went to a specialist and got a medicated cream for it,the only thing to make it go away is to have the baby,it went away as soon as I had my son.I can sympathise with you,I would wake up with a burning pain cause I had scratched it in my sleep, and it does effect your sleep.Hang in there and try not to scratch

My sister had this, and it got so bad even her arms started to get it - try an aqueous cream that should calm it down, although she was sent to a dermotologist and prescribe some cream which sorted it out for her! x
