For those of you planning to BF

Just a quick recommendation for you ladies! It was recommended to me and is a lifesaver! - Lansinoh cream is the best thing ever for sore nipples!! During the first week I had a cracked and bleeding nipple with some peeling skin (ouch!) and after only a day of applying the miracle cream it was healed!!!!

It is quite expensive - around £10 I think, but apparently you can get it on prescription from some Doctors. It is a tenner well spent anyway!!

I've actually just bought some of this as it seems to be pretty much the only nipple cream available that you don't have to wash off before feeding!

Glad to hear it actually works though, thanks!

Thank you for this, I have exactly this problem just now and have been worrying that it would get as bad as it did last time. Do you get it from the chemists?
