dont know if this is "normal" as this is my first, but for the last day or two my cervix has felt really really sore, as if its bruised, sitting down is almost an impossability and even lying down is uncomfortable, is anyone else getting this or should i ring my m/w in morn?

hi hun i getted discomfort in my cervix, feels heavy. with lil twinges i posted about it earlier today, some replys where that baby could be engaging an i feeling maybe the same thing. but if your worried i would see midwife. mine is painful enough for me to worry just yet.

I'd see the mw if your worried but I get sore sensations down there aswell atm, its uncomfortable

thnx for the replies, i was getting a bit antsy coz its a new sensation and it came on suddenly..like one minute it didnt hurt and then it did, there was no build up if you know what i mean? reassuring to know that others have it too >phewww<

i felt bruised down there a few weeks ago but its died down now hope ur ok x

cheers guys... glad this isnt webcam lol coz the only comfy position i can get in at the mo is on all fours with my baboon butt in the air (really hoping that the curtains arent see through either lol i live on a main rd!!!! can u imagine the shame hahaha) still its nice to be comfy for a change and without all jr's weight pressing on my bladder

i have been getting these sensations also, and i think its just pressure from baby. hopefully we will all go soon and be put out of a misery!!! (full moon tonight, anyone contracting?>
