28 weeks appointment?

What will they check ? what do they usually do ?

So far I've had 1 appointment with my doctor, 1 blood test, 1 ultrasound and 1 trip to the hospital.

I don't know why, but I'm quite nervous for this appointment tomorrow!

Have you not been having appointments every 4 weeks? or did they have you seeing midwives up until now and they've referred you to a doctor? If you have been having regular appointments, it will probably be the same as the last ones. They might have you do your glucose test if you haven't yet. I think its your last appointment at the 4 week mark and after that its 2 up until 35ish weeks and then its every week. I'm not sure if thats how it works in Montreal though.

Well I had one in mid november, then called to reschedule the one in mid-december cause I was leaving for a month in England, but they couldn't reschedule me so they said come to the next one (wich is tomorrow)... I was quite surprise by how short was the first appointment, she didn't even do a vaginal exam or anything, she didn't really asked me any questions either. Basically that 1st appointment lasted for at the most 7-10 minutes!!!
Doctors sucks here.

I did a blood test and moved up to having appointments from once every 4 weeks to once every 2 weeks.

Wow, thats crazy. I would keep trying hon until you do, and ask if they can get you in soon. Maybe explain the trouble you've been having just to see your doctor. Hopefully one of them decides to take you because I think you deserve to see a doctor more than a handful of times during a pregnancy.

I hope you find a good one if you decide to switch

I meant to say
