there is nothing you can really do to help it unfortunately, if so i would have discovered the answer on my fourth pregnancy. Please dont worry that getting angry will harm your baby, for some ladies its a part of pregnancy and because its hormonally caused, it CANNOT be helped. It actualy really gets my goat that some folk seem to think its just an 'angry-type' person, i remember someone telling me once how terrible i was to admit to snapping at my kids on occasion when it wasnt their fault i was pregnant...very helpful that was ^^ all you can do is apologise for your behaviour and keep explaining it is the hormones, that you dont mean too, and try to walk away from arguements when you can xx
