just had my 39 week check.

head STILL not engaged properly but further down than last time.
my term +10 appointment will be on the 8th now instead of the 9th because they are closed on the saturday apparently. still measuring 2 weeks over dates!

im really fed up i was hoping that the head would have atleast been engaged!
and to top it all off ive got the worst tooth ache ever, worst pain ive ever felt in my life its that bad im actually looking forward to going into labour to take my mind off my tooth!

kneeling on all fours or strading a chair or bouncing on a birthing ball are all s'possed to open the pelvis up (might be painful if you have spd) these might help her "fall" (so to speak) into the pelvic cavity..( just rang my m/w friend for you to see if she had any tips on how to get her to engage ) hope these help x
