Pre-term labor ????

I'm freaking out now, since about an hour I've had very painful steady cramps in my stomach (they like I'm about to have my periods) and pelvic pressure. My lower back hurts a lot too. I've been trying to call my OB/GYN but she ain't picking up her phone !! Is it worth a trip to the hospital ? ....

Do they seem to be regular? I'd ring delivery just to check and see what they say

Seems like it has calmed down now... I took a bath and lied down, i still feel some pelvic pressure though. If it doesn't change tomorrow I'll go to the hospital.

I had really REALLY bad pelvic pressure for a whole day just about umm.. a week ago? It hurt so bad I could move, I just had to stand/sit still. It was a constant pain though, not like on and off like contractions. I told my doc about it and he didn't say anything, just asked "Are you having contractions?' and I said no, so he just ignored it! So, I cant really tell you what mine was caused by. ??

Is yours a constant pain, or on and off pains? It sounds alot like what I was feeling.

Mine was a constant pain like that too, I felt it as soon as I woke up that morning (around 6), all through an 8 hour work day, and then through that night. The next morning I had a doc appointment so I didn't call or anything, I just waited it out. However, the next morning it didn't hurt like it did the day before. Now, whenever he moves it hurts down there. I can feel all his movements really low and sometimes they hurt so much that it takes my breath away. I dont have another doc appointment until the 28th though, but I am going to ask them what it could be then. My mom thinks (and so do I.. kinda) that he has dropped and that labor could only be a few weeks away.
