| I don't know if mine is already on a routine but if I go to lay down in the night before I take a shower and brush my teeth - there will be no relaxing time for me! So..... I now go every night around the same time to take shower/brush -she does what I call her "shaking it" dance and then.... I can go to sleep - but not before.
I find it so funny that on the rear days that she does not do it - I miss it! LOL |
