Thanks for the advice ladies! I really appreciate it

Everything is ok now, I ended up taking a little nap and did some stretches and now its just a dull ache thats going away. I think I might have strained my back yesterday since I did a lot of sitting. Plus, my doctor said earlier that I had PGP and I'm thinking its probably that coming back since its been awhile since I've felt any back/groin/hip pain.

Its mostly in my lower back, lastnight before going to bed though I got a shooting pain up my bum when I went up the stairs. So I think it could be my PGP acting up again.

Thanks hon.

The ache is back and I'm getting those shooting pains up my bum and my groin hurts again so I'm pretty sure now its my PGP. Ugh, I hope it goes away soon, it sucks

i had that about 2-3 weeks ago and went in all they did for me was send me home with more medication ---and drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest====like we all dont already get enough of that====

had it again yesterday night and all day yesterday no matter what i did but it was accompanied by persistent contractions that just kept getting more painful and closer together--- all they did was send me home after 2-3 hours saying it was false labor as i wasnt dilating but the contractions were sure real
