Been like this for few weeks now and im so exhausted finding it so hard to concentrate and get through the day hard also with having 3 children to attend to... I've tried everything to try get some sleep but nothing seems to work.. Not sure if my back aches, intense braxton hicks and all other pains are due to me being so tired...Is anyone else feeling like this at all and have any tips to help me get a good nights sleep i feel like crying because i'm so tired and my whole body aches debating whether have a word with doctor but dont want waste there time xxxx

Aww Cutie I know how you feel. I have not been sleeping well either but some things I do find help a bit. Have you tried having some "down time", at least 1 hour, before you tuck in for bed...a warm bath, cup of tea, back rub etc? (hugs)

Don't know if the doc will actually prescribe you anything, you're almost there, not much longer hun

having the same prob, hun. if i find anything that works i will let u know lol. my midwife said to try taking tylenol with a glass of warm milk to help ease aches that may keep you awake, but my midwife is worthless, so dunno if it will do anything lol.

Ohh you poor thing The only thing I can think of is silk sheets and silk pyjamas to help you move in bed. Also I'd reccommend a relaxation cd.

feeling the same and dreading going to bed as i know it will be a miserable night I used to take a 20 min walk everyday when i was preggers with first but i don't think you need wearing out! A full on massage with candles and stuff helped me drop off once...
Im feeling super sleepy now after having a good cry at Star Trek First Contact of all things!...
Erm... I'm out of ideas really but there is alot of ppls feeling the same at this time and just think we are all cursing our lack of sleep at the same time and trying rediculous things to make us nod off
