Not really hun as there has to be a medical reason as to why you would need a c-section

For those of you who are scared of giving birth, I really recommend Hypnobirthing. I used it with my second child and the experience was totally different from the first birth. Just try to google hypnobirthing and read the birth stories, you´ll see they're quite different from the ordinary birth stories you read

I couldn't attend a class since there's no instructor in Iceland, but I read the book and practiced relaxation with the CD. That helped me sleep too

I am really scared about giving birth, i don't feel like i have enough support from any midwives i have met and don't really know who i should talk to about it... i am one of those ridiculously squeemish people, but the idea of a C-section scares me even more...ahhh someone comfort me lol x

It's normal to be scared but hey sooooo many women did it before you so why can't you? I think a great deal f it has to do with your mental preparation too. If you are calm and relaxed then you won't go into the panic-pain cycle. The more u tense up, the more it will hurt from what I understand....so if you have some time...try to become more comfortable with the idea of labour..PL us it's all worth it right
