Hmmm mine didn't really look much like that.. (sorry, forgot to take a picture of mine ). It wasn't blood-stained but it was like a big clear jelly-thing. It came away on the 8th and I went into labour on the 11th. It can come away a long time before though, or come away a bit at a time. x

I'm Currently Feeling: 


must admit i wont be diving for my digi cam if and when i find mine, my midwife said most of the time people go into labour within 2-4 days after losing their plug but it can be anything upto two weeks maybe more x

(I think you've all seen it by now anyway lol, just read whole thread).

I had clear 'jelly?' with blood and just blood on the tissue when I wiped, I was terrified and rang up my labour ward.

Oh and just for comparison purposes - I had my show at around 5:30am and was holding my little girl at 7:10pm!
