to me it felt like cramps that you would get with really bad diarrhea or if you were plugged up. It was low down in my abdomen then gradually it was my whole tummy. Thats why when I started to get them I thought it was just because I was constipated. But then they didn't go away and they got more regular and longer. You will know if they are "real" contractions because they will gradually get worse and they won't go away.

Well, for me they started off mildly, like period pains.........Then got like 1000% worse!
-Kind of like the pains you get with food poisoning, but stronger, longer and like nothing else I've ever experienced.

I'm sure we will all know when we are in labour, and hopefully for me it will be soon

Both mine started in my back, really low achey back ache where you just don't know what to do with yourself, so I would roll my hips and lean on the bed and try anything to shift the pain (which never happened) then it just got worse and worse!

We get all these aches and pains, but there is no doubt when it really happens! x

At the minute Ive got pains along where my belt sits - kinda pulling pains or like Ive got really bad trapped wind lol. Should these mean something or is LO just banging her head round in my pelvis?

yes ---but if they gett too uncomfortable ==i would get checked out they could be a UTI or a yeast infection---last week when i was kneeling over in pain that was period like but worse for like a whole day ---i ended up going into the hospital and they sent me home with this---

this week the contractions are back but they certainly arent as painful as last weeks
