I found out I'm at station -1 today.

nope nothing---just a whole lotta false labor---- apparently u can have contractions all day long and a few min. apart that get stronger and closer together but if ur not dilating they send u home with "false labor" ---ya well this so called false labor pains have been consistent since yesterday morning and still going on today --- so i' have to just sit and wait until they're like 5 min apart for them to care ----oh wait they were like 5 min apart.--- they didnt care one bit as i was only 36 and 3 days and not dilating

It is not nice to go thru this, but there really is not alot they can do until you dilate......just try to relax as best you can and make the most of the time you have before the real thing. x

Did they monitor bub's at all when you went in Princess? I hope you'll be ok. Stay positive, despite your hospital experience. Did the contracts ease up at all since then or are they still coming and going often?
