I agree and think you should call your doctor right away, if there is something wrong it's better to stop it in the beginning, I hope everything's ok!!
i really think u should head to the hospital and get checked out for two things----
1---and more importantly the possibiility that u r either in labor or are really close to being in it ---those are all labor signs
2===possible pre-eclampsia--- this is really critical to get checked b/c it can affect both u and baby and they may have to induce u or have a c-section to have the baby if it gets that bad--- so if they can catch this in time u can still go to term or close to term --u really dont want this baby this early---28 weeks is super small and just past the viable age--so at least ur past the 25 week mark---
but u have to take care of urself and get checked up for everything---esp. since u said they already had to stop u from pre-term labor
