Hey!
Look, You're just scared, as i'm sure every one is at that time, sorry to hear about the M/C in 2008, don't worry, well at least try not too. Eat Chocolate LOL.

Everyone at my work says expect the worst, everything else is a bonus!!
I'm gonna be a daddy in 9 weeks, and i worry about everything lol, but you have the number for the midwife, and the delievery suit, who do this sort of stuff as their job, your in the safest possible hands..

just think in a few days, you're be holding your little girl, and you will think back, how silly you been lol, don't saying your being silly worry.. it's okay to worry..

just wanted to say i understand how you are feeling.. i was the same, i dont think i ever truley believed that this whole pregnancy thing would result in a real baby who came home with us forever.. but it did! i was so sure something would go wrong, esp last minute.. but u know what.. it all went great and im the proud momma of a gorgeous happy healthy baby girl! i think its totally normal to feel that way.. its such a huge thing, and such a big responsibility, and a scary time added on to that, that i think it would be more weird to not worry at all! just try to chill and enjoy it as much as you can, it will soon be over. i sometimes think back now and wish id maybe tried to relax and enjoy being pregnant more.

Hey, I have felt the same throughout my pregnancy, I 2 have been down the docs/hosp etc at the slightest little thing! and 'most' the time it has been nothing. Search for depression in pregnancy on google (wont let me post web address'), reading about it and others can sometimes help, helped me a little bit, made me realise i wasnt the odd one out.

I have found the best way to cope has been to just throw myself into preparing for labour and baby being here - im probably one of the most organised people atm, either that or would be in bed hiding under my duvet all day every day. If you need someone to talk to...im here :-) xxx

hey, I am the most positive and optimistic person I know and I still find myself worrying about little things like, oh no, I haven't felt a kick for a whole hour, what's wrong???

The way I try to see it is that although there are things you can do to look after yourself and give your baby the best chances, things are going to go the way they are going to go... it would be wrong to just assume things will be ok and hope for the best, but worrying yourself isn't good for you or the wee one.

I won't actually believe everything is ok until my wee one is here.... and I think that's totally normal, so try not to give yourself too much of a hard time about it xx
