Im making the finishing touched to mine today as well Fairysam lol. I think your birth plan is good - its straight to the point but you have also included your keeping options open.

I like seeing others as it gives me ideas.

I did my briefly with bullet points:

Companions: fiance Chris.
Students: ok but one at a time
Heartbeat monitoring: handheld if possible
Pain: TENS, gas & air, mobile epidural only if advised. No pethidine/opioids
Labour & delivery: Upright positions, birthing ball. Prefer to tear rather than be cut if possible. Cord to be cut after it stops pulsing. Partner does not want to cut cord. 3rd stage injection, ok
After: baby to be handed over straightaway. Vitamin K injection, ok.

didn't think it was necessary to state my breastfeeding/skin to skin contact preferences as they harped on so much about it at the antenatal classes that it would be if I wanted to bottle feed that there'd be an issue.

Very good! Mine is similar, but I just added headings in bold to make it easy to 'navigate' in a hurry.
