Appointment Update

Thought instead of making a whole new thread I'd do it here

Appointment: It went well, nothing really new other than the babies head was in my pelvis would explain all that pressure I've been getting lol. Baby's heartbeat was at 141bpm and I'm measuring 33 weeks for my 32 weeks. Which is great because I was kinda worried, I lost 2lbs this past two weeks, so I'm back down to 8.5lbs in weight gained. I'm starting to think its not normal to have gained only that much, as I said before I gained 30+ with my son. But, doctor said it was ok so I guess it is .

Its starting to feel so real now, they gave me my registration forms for the hospital! Eee, time needs to slow down

So I went and did the 1 hour glucose test and had my last monthly visit yesterday to find out I had a high glucose so I have to go and do the 3 hour test. YUCK to have to drink that crap again and sit for 3 hours in a lab. SUCKS

Oh that sucks about the glucose test!
I was dreading my results would be abnormal, but surprisingly they were fine.

Update on me:

I have stretchmarks on the bottom of my bump (tiny few) and also on my hips (or, should I say where my hips used to be??).

My baby is super active throughout the day- sometimes to the point where it is rather painful. Bony parts hurt indeed.

Weight gain - I don't think I've gained much more since the last appointment (Feb 7), but I do feel huge for a short person.

All in all, I am very comfortable and I rarely get back pain. I am really enjoying being pregnant at the moment.

I have none as yet but I thought I might have seen some light light ones under my bump when i looked in mirro last night I got so panicky that I put on so much tummy butter bio oil the lot about 10 times before I went bed and this morning. I hope when I look tonight that I was seeing things as sometimes I think I see them and its just where my clothes have been resting on it.

My baby is not active at all he is so lazy he does move frequent but its only little movements sometimes i do get the hard kick and I love it wish he would do more as it puts my mind at rest

haha yeh that happens to me sometimes, i woke up the other morning i had two big lines down my tummy, i was so gutted as i thought they were stretchmarks so i went abit crazy with the bio oil on them but then when i checked them later that day i realised i had just scrated myself in my sleep lol as they had disappeared, and sometime if my trousers have dug into me they leave a few marks and i sometimes think that they are stretchmarks but then they disappear
oh and i when i say my baby is active what i really mean is i feel her quite frequently but they are only ever little wriggles and squirms she hardly ever kicks me properly now, she is pretty lazy too, sometime she worries me to death when she decides to not move for what seems like forever!
