Pins and needles

Hiya,

does anyone else wake up in the night with pins and needles in their hips? I am putting down to the extra weight in the area and the fact I can only lie on my sides. But its sooo uncomfortable!

I don't get pins and needles but my hips and bum ache like mad through the night - have put that down to only being able to lie on my sides now

I don;t get pins and needles but I do get very achy hips. I;m finding that sleeping propped up on lots of pillows (almost sat up!) helps this!

Yes - and lots of aches. Also in my hands. I guess it's just something *else* to be endured...

yep, i've had megga bad pins and needles but in my hands. I asked my midwife about it yesterday and she said it's to do with the increased blood circulation and is totally normal. x

I get pins and needles in my hands. Have sore hips were ive been lying though

I get sore hips when sleeping, its horrible, and wake up several times a night with not just pins and needles in my hands, but they go kind of "dead" as in I cant move my fingers or anything for a few minutes. Its bloody horrible when you need to leap out of bed quickly for a pee!!
I've never suffered like this before, so I'm hoping it goes away soon after delivery
