39 weeks plus midwife appointment?

my last appointment was two weeks ago and this was just the usual being measured, listen to heartbeat and blood pressure etc. can anyone tell me what to expect when i go to my 39+1 appointment tomorrow? will i get an internal? or an indeuction date? or is this me being hopeful

No idea hun, I had last one almost 2 weeks ago and MW said that was my last appointment so I don't get a sweep or anything... luckily my induction date was already booked at the hospital when I went for 20 week scan or I'd be stuffed lol.

When i went too my mw appointment at 39 weeks we just done the usual (she felt tummy ect) and we talked about what would happen if i did go overdue ect i didnt get anything else than the norm, but i guess its diffrent in other places x

I have been told that you wont get an internal or induction dates until you go in for your 40 + week appts darling. X

well appt same as usual- feel tummy, urine sample, bp... have sweep next week at hospital and they will give me induction date then xx

tis the usual, my midwife said she will only do a sweep at 41 weeks.... but im not seein her again because my consultant wanted me at 40 weeks so i see cons next tues midwife said to try and get them to do a sweep while im there, hoping i go before then lol
