terrible backache

Morning Girls,

I have woken up with a terrible backache today and my braxton hicks are actually hurting. There's not a particular pattern to them, but I hope it means things are moving along inside.

PS. Had my midwife appointment yesterday. Guidelines here state that she can't give me a sweep until 39 weeks. She was so apologetic because she really thinks i'd benefit from it, as I did with my last pregnancy at 38 weeks (that one was done by a consultant). But she did book me in for next Wednesday at 11.15am, so if I'm still pregnant by then she'll happily do a sweep. She's not so sure I'll get to next Wednesday though, lets hope she's right
