i have packed my bag but thats only due to i only got to 33weeks with my son. better be safe than soz(also OH would not know what to pack lol)

you should not need milk as hosp should give you this. you will need cloths for the baby about 3 days worth just in case, cloths for you, wash stuff, 2 towels, lots of pads and brest pads. some hosp will give you nappies but i always take some.

i always take a plastic bag for any dirty messy things like a towel that i have used after the birth so OH can take home and wash.

oh dont forget nappy bags and creams.

i know it sounds alot but you will need it. good luck hun xx

Check out the link above, its really useful. I had mine packed at 36 weeks.Just keep re-packing it now and adding more stuff!!! Think the milk thing depends on the hospital, you might have to ring them.

xx

I packed mine at 37 weeks, but thats because I was having a nursery crisis, ideally would have had it done a little earlier.
See the sticky at the top of this forum, and also tsia also did on the other week which was very good, I'll see if I can find it.

my bag has been packed since 24weeks as i got took in at this point with other 2. as for milk/bottles some hospitals do provide - mine doesnt and they wont allow you to take your own - you have to pay £1 for 2 bottles.

I have started this weekend, although I am not getting very far. It will be finished next weekend as I need to buy some nightshirts and more maternity pads. But all of LO's stuff is being packed today, so atleast she will be catered for worst case x

I have been thinking about this too the longest stay in the hospital is about 2 days they say here as long as all is well im thinking of putting baby in a onsie with long sleeves and getting a cuddle bag for my stroller and obviously a hat since it will be october. For me im pretty much going to pack comfortable clothes as if it was an overnight bag plus pads and such
