im confused abit help please

yesterday from about 6 i was getting pains in my bump and dull backache, you all know the usually stuff basically lol!

come half 11pm im pretty sure that i was getting contractions, they were lasting 30seconds every 8mins

come about 1am they had getting stronger were coming every 4-3 mins lasting 30-40 seconds .

around 3am i was reading best keep fluids coming in to my body so decided to make a raspberry leaf tea and have that, after drinking that they slowed down and came to a stop after 4am.

i would have rang hospital back up, but even though was having them 4-3mins was like that few hours pain wasnt increasing so i didnt bother

anyone any ideas why the hell they ended up stopping after so many hours?

think going to return??
am 2 days over due btw

Fingers crossed you will have them again soon, I think they were just a false alarm - I cant speak from experience but Ive seen quite a few ladies say they have gone through a simular thing I'll let them comment themselves lol just didnt want to read and run
