Menstral type cramps...anyone?

I have had menstral type cramps the last two days..... and it is driving me crazy.. is anyone else having these.. .I know it must be the cervix thinning etc but just curious if anyone else is experiencing this...

Yea I've had them all through the night and today too. Very low down cramps and feels like AF is on its way. Call your doctor if you start noticing a pattern hun, your pretty close to when you had your last bubs right? Good luck hun, hope they stop for you.

me too, just started getting them, mostly in lower back, is this the start of it?? Im due tomorrow, hope it is for us all xx

I have them too, my doc says they're Braxton Hicks --- just the uterus getting ready

Gabby... thanks... my last baby was born at 33.5 weeks and my second was born at 37 weeks... so I think it really could happen at any time... the funny thing is I have never had this before.... water broke with the first 2 ... and contractions just started up out of the blue.. nice and strong right away with the 3rd... so this is all new to me...LOL

had them combined wth low dull backache for over 10days! hospital told me its a urine infection - i dont believe a word of it!

deffo cud b the start of somethin. It was the start of my pre-term a couple of weeks ago (which they stopped thank god)

I am exactly the same, lower back pains, menstrual cramps, braxton hicks stoppping and starting for 3 days, usually lasting around 30-40 secs about 4 or 5 mins apart, but never for more than an hour or so. Just starting trying to ignore it now. But not always easy when I am at work.

I'm getting them all along the lower half of my bump and in my back they can be quite painful! They usually calm down after 2 paracetamol and a lie down but if they didn't i would ring the hospital!!

I feel that too, menstrual cramp, plus low back ache, plus braxton hicks on the top for the 7 days. I am totally can't wait for my LO to come out!
